Later it will finish the fermentation in barrels of French and american oak for four to six months. After this period the wine is clarified, stabilized by cold, and finally filtered amicróbicamane to be able to be bottled. The bottles were placed in metal cages and submerged in the Atlantic Ocean to 18 meters of depth for 3 months. After this period is labelled and applicable to your marketing.
Tasting notes: In visual Phase shows a high layer, color garnet red, with violet rim. Presenting a good tear. On the nose it shows a harmony between the memories in barrels (coffee, cocoa, roasted coffee and licorice) combined with the ripe fruit and notes compotadas. In the mouth it has taste full, velvety and well balanced, featuring an aftertaste long and persistent.
Culinary uses: it Is advised to accompany with all types of red meats, cold cuts and matured cheeses serve between 14º and 16º degrees. It is recommended to place the bottle in a cool place in reverse. Consume preferably before three years.
